You’ll explore timing play, footwork options, body lines, and connection choices that keep the dance smooth, musical, and social-floor ready. Each week introduces fresh elements—so you can drop in anytime and leave with something new. Then get your groovy practice in during the social dance from 8:00-11:00PM with DJ Lyla spinning the grooves from past and present!

Leader & follower styling that respects connection
Variety on core patterns (pushes, passes, tucks, whips)
Groove, body usage, and micro-accents that fit the music
